NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-563-CC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HIDDEN LAKE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and GARY BENDICKSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY BENDICKSON; CLAIR B. PETERSON; FIRESERVICE, INC. ; UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East (3rd floor, Lobby), Naples, FL 34112 the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 4 day of September, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel compose of Unit No. E-24, HIDDEN LAKE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 558, Pages 262 through 293, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
A/K/A: 788 Park Shore Drive, Unit E24, Naples, FL 34103
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
