NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County Florida, described as:
The West 60 feet of Lot 6 and all of Lots 7,8,9 and 10, Block 3, Palmetto Golf Corporation Subdivision, a Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page (s) 120, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Less and Except right-of-way for U.S. Highway 41.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10th day of October, 2014, in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
