LOT 4052, OF CASCADES AT SARASOTA, PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 191 THROUGH 197, OF TH EPUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 26th day of August, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
