NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure IN REM dated July 29, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2012-CA-003904 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 2nd day of September, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
