NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 4, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2014-CA-000851 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 4th day of September, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 108A, BUILDING J,BAYSHORE-ON-THE-LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, PHASE II, SECTION 2, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 982, PAGES 1449 THROUGH 1475, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 10, PAGES 155,156, AND 157, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
