NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2014, and entered in 41-2012-CA-006069 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRSUTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES AND GRANTOR TRUST CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and DARRYL MOORE A/K/A DARRYL B. MOORE; UNKNOWN BENEFICARIES OF THE 236 GOLDEN HARBOUR LAND TRUST; FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. ; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. ; STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A RACHELLE MCFARLAND ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A LUTHER MCFARLAND; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE(S) OF THE 236 GOLDEN HARBOUR LAND TRUST are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on September 02, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
:LOT 785, STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, SUBPHASE D, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 168, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
