CHARLES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1285, PAGES 2941 THROUGH 2996, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 24, PAGES 145 THROUGH 148, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
