LOT 16, BLOCK 237, 8TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
