Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:

Situated in Section 10, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida, and being part of Lot 63, SARABAY ACRES, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 62, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the point of intersection of the Southerly line of said Lot 63 with the Westerly right of way line of Tamiami Trail (S.R. 45); thence from said Point of Beginning and along the Southerly line of Lot 63, N 89Ëš30'00” W, 425.69 feet; thence in said Lot 63, N 00Ëš30'00” E, 100.00 feet; thence parallel with the South line of Lot 63, S 89Ëš30'00” E, 378.99 feet to the Westerly right of way line of Tamiami Trail; and thence along said right of way line, S 24Ëš32'01” E, 110.37 feet to the Point of Beginning.
