NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 4, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-000296 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and JEANNETTE I. GOODMAN A/K/A JEANETTE I. GOODMAN; JEANNETTE I. GOODMAN A/K/A JEANETTE I. GOODMAN, AS TRUSTOR AND TRUSTEE OF THE GOODMAN FAMILY TRUST DATED THE 29TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2005; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE GOODMAN FAMILY TRUST DATED THE 29TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2005; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; TENANT #1 N/K/A HOLLY WALLACE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 9th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
