NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2009, and to an order resetting foreclosure sale, dated July 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 019391 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B., is Plaintiff and ALEX L. TORRES, et.al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 4th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 10-111, OF LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. INSTRUMENT NO. 2004247846, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 5601 BENTGRASS DRIVE UNIT 10-111, SARASOTA, FLORIDA 34235
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
