NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 009271 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. Christiana Trust, a division of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity, but solely as owner trustee on behalf of RBSHD 2013-1 Trust, Plaintiff and KATHLEEN LUCAS AKA KATHLEEN D LUCAS; ET AL, defendant. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 09:00 AM on this September 3rd, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3024, STONEYWOOD COVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
