NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an order rescheduling the foreclosure sale dated July 28th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-003465, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-21, Plaintiff and KRISTEN WILLIAMS; RODNEY WILLIAMS AKA RODNEY V WILLIAMS; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 09:00 AM on this September 3rd, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, dated May 20th 2014:
