NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 1 day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-050321, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and NORBERTO ROMERO UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NORBERTO ROMERO; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 4, BLOCK 25, PINE MANOR UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
