NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2014 as well as the Order resetting sale filed July 31, 2014 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-053405 in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida Not For Profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and wherein Defendants, LUIS E. LOZADA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUIS E. LOZADA N/K/A NAYIBI LOZADA; E*TRADE BANK; and all other Defendants, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website got on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 3 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 105, Building M, PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded February 27, 2004 in Official Record Book 4211, Page 4187, and any amendments thereto, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
