Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 6, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 13-CA-054209, in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN T. HARRIS, DECEASED, et al., are the Defendants, Lee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
NORTHERLY 167.0 FEET OF THE WESTERLY 176.0 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4), SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST; THENCE WEST 635 FEET; THENCE NORTH 305 FEET; THENCE EAST 635 FEET TO A POINT NORTH OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 305 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING CONTAINING 5 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, EXCEPTING A STRIP 25 FEET WIDE OFF OF THE EAST AND SOUTH SIDES THEREOF FOR HIGHWAY AND ROAD PURPOSES.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 5 day of September, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
