Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Supplemental Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 6 day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-CC-7431 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein VARSITY LAKES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and DELAWAR HUSSEIN and TANUJA NASRIN HUSSEIN are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5 day of September, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 9, Block G of VARSITY LAKES PHASE V, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 69, Page(s) 40 & 41, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
