NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Aug 7, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-055167 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS AND UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ELLIS T. SUMMERS, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 2383, CAPE CORAL UNIT 35, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 100-111 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
