NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-054076 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and SALLY J. MACEY, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE SALLY J. MACEY LIVING TRUST DATED 09/12/2007; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST UNDER THE SALLY J. MACEY LIVING TRUST DATED 09/12/2007; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 6 day of October, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
