CARON; JANICE J. CARON, TRUSTEE UNDER THE JANICE J. CARON TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 8, 2007 ; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JANICE J. CARON TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 8, 2007 ; UNKNOWN TENANT; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

PARCEL II: A LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN UNDIVIDED LOT “A”, SANIBEL LAKE ESTATES, SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 144, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA WHICH LOT OR PARCEL IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE CONCRETE MONUMENT MARKING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT “A” RUN SOUTH 69°55'40” WEST ALONG THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT FOR 416 .18 FEET TO THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 5, SAID SANIBEL LAKE ESTATES AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
