NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 25, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2011 CA 008093 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, RESIDENTIAL FUNDING COMPANY, LLC, F/K/A RESIDENTIAL FUNDING CORP is the Plaintiff, and, MARY A. EVANGELISTA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR CAPITAL ONE HOME LOANS, LLC, FOREST PINES ASSOCIATION, INC., THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, PARTIES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MARY A. EVANGELISTA, DECEASED, THOMAS ALAN EVANGELISTA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on August 29, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 206, SECTION 2, FOREST PINES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 961, PAGES 862 TO 905, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 5, PAGE 34, OF THEPUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
