NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2014, and entered in 12-CA-54708 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIAN TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIAETY, FSB, NOT ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 2, is the Plaintiff and JOHN WORTHINGTON; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JOSEPH M. WORTHINGTON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, ET AL., are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 5, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 12, UNIT 4 SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 55, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
