NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2014 and entered in 12-CA-056476 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-CB1 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES , SERIES 2006-CB1, is the Plaintiff and LAWRENCE MALLEK; BRIDGET MALLEK; GLADIOLUS PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; TENANT are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, GLADIOLUS PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 58 THROUGH 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY , FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
