NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 6, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-057230 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JENNIFER EYERMAN, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN G. PAUL A/K/A JOHN GILBERT PAUL, JR, DECEASED; JENNIFER EYERMAN, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CAROLYN PAUL A/K/A CAROLYN PAPST PAUL, DECEASED; DEBORAH LYNN POLACEK A/K/A DEBORAH POLACEK; JENNIFER EYERMAN; MARSHA PILTAVER; TERESA PAUL; JOANNA PAUL; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1A; UNKNOWN TENANT #1B; UNKNOWN TENANT #2A; UNKNOWN TENANT #2B; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 5 day of September, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
