Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-052799, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and JOSE A. MARTINEZ-ZAVALA A/K/A JOSE ANJEL MARTINEZ-ZAVALA; CLAUDIA CHIPRES-GARCIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE A. MARTINEZ-ZAVALA A/K/A JOSE ANJEL MARTINEZ-ZAVALA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UJNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4 are Defendants.

LOT 18, BLOCK 1, OF PINE MANOR SUBDIVISION UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
