NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2014 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 8, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-051036 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE7, Plaintiff, and ROBERT SWICZKOSKI, BERNADETTE SWICZKOSKI, ATLANTIC CREDIT & FINANCE, INC., AS ASSIGNEE OF HOUSHEOLD BANK, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 12 day of November, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 29 AND 30, BLOCK 3956, UNIT 54, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 79 TO 91, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
