NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 8, 2014 and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-053811 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MARGARET THOMPSON; SHERYL KRAFFT; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHERYL KRAFFT; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; PROVINCETOWN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JAMIE CLAYTON, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 10 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 77-4, PROVINCETOWN CONDOMINIUM FORMERLY KNOWN AS NEW SOUTH PROVINCE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 949, PAGES 714 TO 766, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
