NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-4788-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF THE SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-NLC1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NLC1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and GREGORY LOGAN, III A/K/A GREGORY GEORGE LOGAN, III; KRISTEN LOGAN A/K/A KRISTEN LOIS LOGAN; FAIRWAY SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 395, OF FAIRWAY SPRINGS, UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 31-34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
