NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-000408-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2004-OPT4 TRUST, ABFC ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-OPT4 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MARSHA L. RUX; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARSHA L. RUX N/K/A JOHN RUX; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A PAM SALVAGNO, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, GULF HIGHLANDS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 116-118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
