NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-005188-WS-J2 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and BARBARA MAZANEK, THEODORE FREDRICK MAZANEK a/k/a THEODORE FREDRICK MAZANEK, JR., TROY T. MAZANEK, TODD W. MAZANEK are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on SEPTEMBER 18, 2014, at 11:00 A.M., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PASCO County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 83, PARK LAKE ESTATES UNIT SEVEN, PHASE TWO, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 26, Pages 18 and 19, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
