RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed June 26, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004648-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is Plaintiff, and SAMIR PLANA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 13, NEW RIVER LAKES VILLAGES 'B2' AND 'D', ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 105 THROUGH 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
