O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on the 4th day of September, 2014, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., will offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida, to wit:
