NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 17th day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-011973WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL E HAUSER; CINDA S HAUSER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 4th day of September, 2014, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 860, HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES UNIT TWELVE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 23-24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
