NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-005859-ES -, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DANIEL E. WESTMAN A/K/A DANIEL WESTMAN; PATRICIA A. EZZELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TRISHA L. WESTMAN A/K/A TRISHA WESTMAN; TRISHA L. WESTMAN A/K/A TRISHA WESTMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 4th day of September, 2014, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE EAST 15.00 FEET THEREOF.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2005 DOUBLEWIDE FLEETWOOD RV. INC MOBILE HOME IDENTIFIED BY VIN NUMBERS: GAFL534A78108CY21 AND GAFL534B78108CY21
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
