NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about June 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-019900 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, Successor by Merger to GMAC Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Almena Dela Rosa A/K/A Almena De La Rosa, Bank Of America, N.A., Pablo Dela Rosa A/K/A Pablo De La Rosa, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
