Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 25, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 126, BUILDING 1, CORDOBA AT BEACH PARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15732, PAGE 959, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 126 OBRIEN ST S, TAMPA, FL 33609; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on September 12, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
