NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-029508 DIV M, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS INC., CWMBS REPERFORMING LOAN REMIC TRUST, CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R1 is Plaintiff and JAMES G. MOLTMANN; KARYL E. MOLTMANN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 5, OAKMONT UNIT No. 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 94 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
