NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 5, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-011821 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JASON THOMPSON; BRANDY THOMPSON; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; THE HIGHLANDS AT HUNTER'S GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HUNTER'S GREEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/23/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 809, THE HIGHLANDS AT HUNTER'S GREEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12788 PAGE 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION.
