NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2012, and entered in 08-CA-018166 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2005-OPT1 ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and CARLOS I RODRIGUEZ ; SILVIA V. ZAVALETA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLOS I RODRIGUEZ N/K/A MARIA RODRIGUEZ ; TOWN N COUNTRY PARK HOMEOWNERS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. ; SAND CANYON CORP. F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 02, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
