NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to Court Order Rescheduling Sale dated July 8, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-009851 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which JAMES DYAL AND DIANE DYAL, are the Plaintiffs and BAUR, CANDICE MELISSA; FLEARY, DANIEL STEVEN, III are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 26th day of August, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 55, LINEBAUGH ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
