YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title, determine beneficiaries, and for declaratory judgment concerning the real property described below, which is located in Hillsborough County, Florida:
The East 25 feet of Lot 11, East 25 feet of Lot 12, All of Lot 13 and the West 5 feet of Lot 14, BLOCK B, SYLVAN TERRACE, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 30, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiffs' Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before September 22, 2014 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
