NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 29, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013 7545 CI, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ELIAS J. CURA a/k/a ELIAS JOSE CURA, Individually and ELIAS J. CURA a/k/a ELIAS JOSE CURA, As Trustee of the Elias Jose Cura Revocable Trust dtd March 22, 2006, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, onSeptember 16, 2014 at 10:00 a..m., and shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 508 OF ANGLERS COVE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5320, PAGE 2012, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
