YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, HARBOUR CLUB CONDOMINIUM NO. TWO, INC., herein in the following described property:
That certain parcel consisting of Apartment No. 2-6-17, as shown on Condominium Plat of HARBOUR CLUB CONDOMINIUM NO. TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Condominium Plat Book 5, Pages 74, 75 and 76, and amended in Condominium Plat Book 7, Page 89 and being further described in the Declaration Condominium which is recorded in O.R. Book 3335, Pages 719 through 833, amended in O.R. Book 3541, Page 284; O.R. Book 7009, Page 2310; O.R. Book 7868, Page 1706; O.R. Book 9985, Page 181 Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 100 Bluff View Drive #517A, Belleair Bluffs, Florida 33770.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 9/15/2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
