Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 13-006900-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8 is the Plaintiff, and JERALD E. ANDERSON JERALD ANDERSON, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 23, BLOCK M, BROOKHILL UNIT 4, REPLAT OF A PORTION OF BLOCKS M AND O, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 5th day of September, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
