NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12013238 CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAY & BEACH CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and CALLAHAN & ZALINSKY ASSOCIATES, LLC; et al, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on September 23, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
A fee interest in real property situated and located in Pinellas County, Florida and legally described as:

ALL in BAY & BEACH CLUB, a timeshare resort including timeshare Interests, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 10129, Page 2437 et seq. of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest as a tenant in common with all other owners of the property describe as:
All of Lots 35, 36, 37, 38, Block 5, and all of Lots 28 and 29, Block 6, INDIAN ROCKS SOUTH SHORE as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 20, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with that part of vacated Gulf Drive lying west of said Lots 35 and 37 to the Waters of the Gulf of Mexico, being bounded on the North by the Westerly extension of Northerly boundary line of said Lot 35, and on the South by the Westerly extension of the Southerly boundary line of said Lot 37.
Together with and being also described as follows: From the Southeast corner of Lot 38, Block 5, INDIAN ROCKS SOUTH SHORE as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 20, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as a Point of Beginning, thence along the South line of Lot 38 and 37, 200.00 feet; thence in a Northwesterly direction and parallel with the West right-of-way line of Gulf Boulevard as it is now constructed, 90.00 feet to a Point of Intersection with the North line of Lot 35; thence Easterly along said lot line 200.00 feet to the Westerly boundary of said Gulf Boulevard, thence southeasterly along said boundary 90.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
From the Southwest corner of Lot 29, Block 6, INDIAN ROCKS SOUTH SHORE as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 20, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as a Point of Beginning, thence in a Northwesterly direction along the Easterly boundary of Gulf Boulevard as it is now constructed 90.0 feet; thence in an Easterly direction 145.00 feet along the North line of Lot 28; thence in a Southeasterly direction 90.00 feet to a point on the South Line of Lot 29; thence along said South line 145.15 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Together with that part of vacated Gulf Drive lying West of said Lots 35 and 37 to the Waters of the Gulf of Mexico, being bounded on the North by the Westerly extension of the Northerly boundary line of said Lot 35, and on the South by the Westerly extension of the Southerly boundary line of said Lot 37.
