NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-011662-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS 2006-CB7 TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB7, is Plaintiff and Deborah L. Marshall, et al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 4th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 27, DOUGLAS MANOR ESTATES 1st ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 61, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1840 Redcoat Lane, Clearwater, FL 33764
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
