NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-014364-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-2, is Plaintiff and Merle Ann Musselman and 701 Mirror Lake Condominium Association, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 8th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 202 OF 701 MIRROR LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 8157, PAGE 1515, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 112, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 701 MIRROR LAKE DRIVE, UNIT 202, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33701
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
