Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 6, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 12-004143-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and LISA P. SCOTT, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 13, BLOCK 1, OAKLEAF VILLAGE UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 40 THROUGH 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of October, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
