NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-002175-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association, successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, is the Plaintiff and Sharon Bowlby, Wayne S. Bowlby, Tenant #1 NKA Robin Malloe , are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 7, IN BLOCK N, OF NORTH BAY HILLS REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 95 THROUGH 97, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
