Notice is hereby given that the Clerk of this Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will, on the 12th day of September, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for CASH the following described real property and personal property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:

BEING the North 205 feet of the East 205 feet of the North 480 feet of the East 660 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 27, Township 30 South, Range 15 East; LESS the North 50 feet and the East 50 feet for road rights-of-way and also LESS that portion taken by the State Road Department of Florida by virtue of an Order of Taking No. 69005764, dated January 17, 1969, and recorded in the Public Records of said Pinellas County in Official Records Book 2995, Page 532, and more particularly described as follows:

Baynard, et al, thence (2) along said line of land of L.W. Baynard et al South 00º 02' 21” West 154.99 feet to a point in another line of land now or formerly of L.W. Baynard et al; thence (3) along said other line of land of L.W. Baynard et al South 88º 34' 54” East 154.99 feet to a concrete monument in said right-of-way line of United States Highway No. 19 Alternate; and thence (4) along said right-of-way line of United States Highway No. 19 Alternate North 00º 02' 21” East 154.99 feet to the place of BEGINNING. Less and Except all road rights-of-way.

together with the following personal property as described in the Mortgage:
All equipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal property now or hereafter owned by [A.B.S.], and now or hereafter attached or affixed to the [Real Property]; together with all accessions, parts, and additions to, all replacements of, and all substitutions for, any such property; and together with all proceeds including without limitation all insurance proceeds and refunds of premiums) from any sale or other disposition of the [Property];
together with the following personal property as described in the Commercial Security Agreement:
All Inventory, Accounts and Equipment: whether any of the foregoing is owned now or acquired later; all accessions, additions, replacements, and substitutions relating to any of the foregoing; all records of any kind relating to any of the foregoing; all proceeds relating to any of the foregoing including insurance, general intangibles and other accounts proceeds, including:
(A) All accessions, attachments, accessories, tools, parts, supplies, replacements of and additional to any of the collateral described herein, whether added now or later.
(B) All products and produce of any of the property described in the Collateral section.
(C) All accounts, general intangibles, instruments, rents, monies, payments and all other rights, arising out of a sale, lease, consignment or other disposition of any of the property described in the Collateral section.
(D) All proceeds (including insurance proceeds) from the sale, destruction, loss or other disposition of any of the property described in this Collateral section, and sums due from a third party who has damaged or destroyed the Collateral or from that party's insurer, whether due to judgment, settlement or other process.
(E) All records and data relating to any of the property described in the Collateral section whether in the form of a writing, photograph, microfilm, microfiche, or electronic media, together with all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to all computer software required to utilize, create, maintain, and process any such records or data on electronic media.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the owner of the Property as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
